贊比亞共和國駐華大使一行訪問梧桐會客廳

8月20日，贊比亞共和國駐華大使齊烏盧閣下（Iven Zyuulu）、政治參贊Nephas Ndjovu、經濟參贊Lordwell Kalubankwa、一秘（負責經濟及旅游事務）MukondwaMirriam、一秘（負責貿易事務）Trust Mufune、及二秘（貿易事務）Lydia Daka等一行訪問了梧桐會客廳和梧桐小院總店，并與梧桐會客廳總策劃謝本明、海外事業合伙人李炳晨、助理總裁黃小娟和梧桐產業副總經理黃清霖等進行了充分交流。

大使閣下介紹說，贊比亞地處非洲中南部，周邊與安哥拉、津巴布韋、馬拉維、莫桑比克等8個國家接壤，位于南部非洲的中心地段，素有“南部非洲的十字路口”之稱，具備較強的區域連接性。在贊比亞投資，可輻射周邊國家市場。同時，贊比亞政治穩定、社會安全，且對資金流向無限制，極大地方便了國際投資者開展投資活動。贊比亞與中國長期保持良好的外交關系，將切實保障中國投資者的資金安全與合法權益。

聽聞謝本明先生介紹說都市能源集團有在非洲投資采礦業后，齊烏盧大使介紹說：采礦業在贊比亞經濟體系中占據關鍵地位，占GDP的33.8%，礦產品出口額占總出口額的約80%。其中，銅礦作為核心資源，戰略價值顯著。此外，贊比亞還蘊藏豐富的鈷礦、鎳礦、金礦、鉛礦、錳礦等資源。但當前贊比亞在礦業開發過程中，面臨資金短缺、技術落后以及設備不足等問題，迫切期望與具備實力的中國企業開展合作，實現資源優勢與中方資本、技術、設備優勢的互補。

大使閣下高度贊賞了梧桐會客廳及籌備中的“上市公司服務聯盟（籌）”的商業模式。希望今后雙方積極互動、往來、9月起能夠在梧桐會客廳舉辦贊比亞駐華使館的相關推介、交流活動，并表示歡迎梧桐會客廳在未來也落地到贊比亞。

Zambian Ambassadorial DelegationVisits Phoenix Tree Lounge

On August 20, Zambian Embassy in China visited the Phoenix Tree Lounge and the Phoenix TreeCourtyardflagship restaurant. TheEmbassy’sdelegation is led by Iven Zyuulu,His Excellency theAmbassador,accompanied by Mr. Nephas Ndjovu (Political Counsellor), Mr. Lordwell Kalubankwa (Economic Counsellor), Ms.Mukondwa Mirriam (First Secretary for Economic and Tourism Affairs), Mr.Trust Mufune (First Secretary for Trade Affairs), and Ms.Lydia Daka (Second Secretary for Trade Affairs). The delegation engaged inconstructive dialoguewith Mr. Benming Xie (Chief Planner of the Phoenix Tree Lounge),Mr. Bingchen Li(Overseas Business Partner), Ms. Xiaojuan Huang (Assistant CEO) and Mr. Qinglin Huang(Deputy General Manager of Phoenix Tree Industry).

Ambassador Zyuulu introduced Zambia as a landlocked country located in south-central Africa, sharing borders with eight countries including Angola, Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Mozambique. Strategically situated at the heart of Southern Africa, Zambia is often referred to as the “crossroads of Southern Africa” due to its strong regional connectivity. He emphasized that investing in Zambia offers access to a broader regional market. The countrymaintainspolitical stability and public safety, with no restrictions on capital flows—factors that significantly facilitate international investment.The long-standing and friendly diplomatic relations between Zambia and China were underlined, along with Zambia’s commitment to ensuring the safetyof capitaland legalrights of Chinese investors.

Upon learning Mr. Benming Xie introduced that City Energy Group invested in mining in Africa, Ambassador Zyuulu noted that mining plays a pivotal role in Zambia’s economy, contributing 33.8% to the national GDP and accounting for approximately 80% of the country’s total export value. Copper is Zambia’s most significant mineral resource, with high strategic value. Additionally, the country is rich in cobalt, nickel, gold, lead, manganese, and other mineral resources. However, Zambia currently faces challenges such as limited funding, outdated technology, and insufficient equipment in its mining sector. Therefore, the Zambian government is eager to collaborate with capable Chinese enterprises to complement Zambia’s resource advantages with Chinese capital, technology, and equipment.

The Ambassador expressed high appreciation for the business model of the Phoenix Tree Lounge and the “Listed Company Service Alliance (in preparation).” He looked forward to closer cooperation and frequent communication between the two sides, proposing that starting from September, the Embassy of Zambia in China could host promotional and exchange events at the Phoenix Tree Lounge. He also welcomed the future establishment of the Phoenix Tree Lounge in Zambia.
