財聯社12月6日電，有消息稱，英國正考慮將價值80億英鎊（約合750億元人民幣）的俄羅斯被凍結資產移交給烏克蘭，而美國則呼吁歐洲國家不要同意利用俄羅斯被凍結資產向烏克蘭提供“賠償貸款”。據悉，英國同時還與歐盟、加拿大和其他伙伴，努力就向烏方移交價值1300億美元的俄被凍結資產達成共識，這筆資金將能滿足未來兩年烏克蘭三分之二的財政需求。
