美國警方表示，三名囚犯周三（12月3日）通過一處破損的墻壁從路易斯安那州一間監獄逃跑，有關部門正全力追捕最后一名在逃的謀殺案疑犯。
有關部門表示，Joseph Allen Harrington很快被抓獲，Jonathan Jevon Joseph則被發現藏匿于一所住宅后自殺身亡。Keith Eli目前依然在逃。
Jonathan Jevon Joseph周四被警方在一所住宅中發現后，用獵槍自殺身亡。警方曾使用擴音器試圖勸其投降。而因強奸等罪名被關押的Joseph Allen Harrington周五在一次短暫追捕后被抓獲。警方根據線索追蹤至一所住宅，他逃至附近的儲物棚，最終被圍堵并投降。
