據(jù)新加坡《聯(lián)合早報(bào)》網(wǎng)站3月2日?qǐng)?bào)道，法國(guó)外交部長(zhǎng)巴羅說，法國(guó)準(zhǔn)備參與海灣國(guó)家和約旦防御伊朗襲擊的工作。德國(guó)外交部長(zhǎng)瓦德富爾同日表示，德國(guó)不會(huì)參與針對(duì)伊朗的軍事行動(dòng)，但如果德國(guó)受到攻擊，將進(jìn)行防御性反擊。
France is ready to help Gulf countries targeted by Iranian retaliatory strikes, French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot said on Monday.
German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul on Monday clarified that Germany has no intention of participating in military operations against Iran. "For us, it means nothing more than that our Bundeswehr soldiers would defend themselves if they were attacked," he added.

巴羅2日在巴黎舉行的新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上指出，法國(guó)參與海灣國(guó)家和約旦的防御行動(dòng)將依據(jù)法國(guó)與伙伴國(guó)之間的協(xié)議，并遵守集體自衛(wèi)原則。他警告說，軍事升級(jí)必須盡快停止，在沒有明確目標(biāo)的情況下無限期延長(zhǎng)軍事行動(dòng)，會(huì)使伊朗和中東地區(qū)陷入長(zhǎng)期動(dòng)蕩。
"Regarding more specifically our partners in the region who have been targeted, deliberately aimed at by the Iranian regime, we stand ready to contribute to their defense," Barrot told reporters after chairing a crisis meeting at the Foreign Ministry in Paris.
"Based on their request, in a proportionate manner and in accordance with the principle of collective self-defence provided for under international law," he added.
英國(guó)、法國(guó)和德國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人1日晚發(fā)表聯(lián)合聲明說，可能對(duì)伊朗采取“必要且相稱的防御行動(dòng)”，以摧毀其發(fā)射導(dǎo)彈和無人機(jī)的能力。
Britain, France and Germany on Sunday issued a joint statement saying they would "take steps to defend our interests and those of our allies in the region".
瓦德富爾2日在接受德國(guó)廣播電臺(tái)采訪時(shí)說，英國(guó)已同意美國(guó)使用英國(guó)軍事基地，但德國(guó)在海灣地區(qū)“根本沒有基地，也沒有相應(yīng)的軍事資源”，“德國(guó)政府絕對(duì)無意以任何方式參與其中”。
他同時(shí)表示，如果德國(guó)受到攻擊，將進(jìn)行防御性反擊，但“不會(huì)采取其他措施”。
Wadephul emphasized that the interpretation of this statement varies by country.
He noted that while Britain has decided to provide bases for US use, Germany has neither the military assets in the area nor the intention to join such actions.
