民政部部長陸治原3月7日在十四屆全國人大四次會(huì)議民生主題記者會(huì)上說，我國初步建成覆蓋城鄉(xiāng)的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)“一張網(wǎng)”，在縣一級，基本都有公辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)作為“總平臺(tái)”“總調(diào)度”；一半以上鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）建成區(qū)域養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中心；在城市建設(shè)嵌入式社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中心，在農(nóng)村建設(shè)鄰里互助點(diǎn)、農(nóng)村幸福院。
