“孩子一出生就自帶口糧，自帶工資”

十四屆全國人大四次會議今天（7日）舉行民生主題記者會。談到育兒相關內容，國家衛生健康委員會主任雷海潮介紹：

10800元，是中國政府為2022年1月1日以后、符合法律法規規定出生的嬰幼兒發放的育兒補貼金額，每年3600元，發放至3周歲。截至目前，已經有3300多萬嬰幼兒家庭領到補貼。

More than 33 million Chinese families with infants under the age of three have received childcare subsidies, Lei Haichao, head of the National Health Commission, said on Saturday at a press conference held on the sidelines of the annual session of the top legislature.

"The subsidy is available for children born after Jan 1, 2022," he said, noting it equates to an annual payment of 10,800 yuan per eligible infant.

雷海潮說，“有些居民群眾用一句很形象的話來打比喻——‘孩子一出生自己就自帶口糧，自帶工資’。每月300元的育兒補貼對于家庭撫育兒童、促進成長也是一個幫助。”

"The moment a child is born, they bring their own ration, their own 'salary'," he said, paraphrasing the public's description of the policy. "The financial support represents a tangible commitment to people's livelihoods," he added.

在托育服務方面，普惠性的托育服務有了長足性的進步。去年一年，普惠托育服務增加了89萬個托位，總托位數已經超過660萬。

Beyond direct payments, Lei highlighted progress in child care services, noting that 890,000 affordable and reliable nursery placements were added last year, bringing the national total to more than 6.6 million.
