特朗普：已與伊朗對(duì)話，伊朗：不存在對(duì)話

美國東部時(shí)間21日晚間，美國總統(tǒng)特朗普在社交媒體發(fā)文，要求伊朗在48小時(shí)內(nèi)開放霍爾木茲海峽，否則將對(duì)伊朗“各類發(fā)電站”發(fā)動(dòng)打擊并將其摧毀（）。

眼下48小時(shí)已過。特朗普23日在社交媒體發(fā)文說，美國和伊朗在過去兩天里進(jìn)行了“非常良好且富有成效”的對(duì)話，美國將“推遲5天”打擊伊朗發(fā)電站。

US President Donald Trump said Monday that he had ordered the military to delay strikes on Iranian power plants and energy facilities for five days after what he called "productive" talks with Iran.

Trump on Saturday issued a 48-hour ultimatum demanding Iran fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz, warning of sweeping strikes on the country's power infrastructure.

特朗普說，“對(duì)話發(fā)生在昨天，一直持續(xù)到昨天晚上”，美方參與對(duì)話的是美國總統(tǒng)特使威特科夫、他的女婿庫什納。如果對(duì)話順利，這將會(huì)結(jié)束沖突。

Trump said his son-in-law Jared Kushner and special envoy Steve Witkoff were leading the talks with the "top leader", whom he called the "most respected" in Iran, but declined to name — other than saying it was not the new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei.

在被記者問到“未來誰將控制石油，伊朗是否還能控制石油運(yùn)輸”時(shí)，特朗普稱，或許將由他和“下一任伊朗最高領(lǐng)袖”聯(lián)合控制。

Asked if Iran would still be able to control the crucial waterway, Trump replied that it would be "jointly controlled".

伊朗多方否認(rèn)

伊朗外交部回應(yīng)稱，與美國方面“不存在對(duì)話”，一些地區(qū)國家已經(jīng)提出了緩和緊張局勢(shì)的倡議，伊朗方面對(duì)這些倡議的回應(yīng)很明確：伊朗并非挑起戰(zhàn)爭的一方，所有這些請(qǐng)求都應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)交給華盛頓。伊朗法爾斯通訊社報(bào)道稱，伊朗和美國之間沒有任何直接或間接的溝通。

伊朗塔斯尼姆通訊社同日援引一名匿名高級(jí)安全官員的話說，特朗普已“退縮”，伊美雙方此前未進(jìn)行任何談判。該官員說，鑒于伊朗的軍事威脅，特朗普已放棄攻擊伊朗關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的計(jì)劃。美國在金融市場(chǎng)面臨的壓力等也是特朗普“退縮”的重要因素。

Iran, however, rejected the claim. The semi-official Fars news agency reported that there had been no direct or indirect contact with Trump, while the foreign ministry said his remarks were "part of efforts to reduce energy prices and buy time" for military plans.

The semi-official Tasnim news agency, citing a senior security official, said Washington stepped back from attacking critical infrastructure after Iran's military threats became credible.

針對(duì)以色列方面23日有關(guān)“美方正同伊朗伊斯蘭議會(huì)議長卡利巴夫進(jìn)行會(huì)談”的消息，卡利巴夫本人在社交媒體上發(fā)文，否認(rèn)與美國對(duì)話，并表示伊朗各級(jí)官員將堅(jiān)定支持最高領(lǐng)袖和人民直至實(shí)現(xiàn)既定目標(biāo)。

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf also denied the claim on social media platform X, saying "no negotiations have been held" with Washington.

針對(duì)伊朗方面否認(rèn)同美國對(duì)話，特朗普早些時(shí)候接受美國媒體采訪時(shí)說，美國炸毀了伊朗大量基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，伊朗那里很難獲得信息。

Trump told reporters, despite Iranian denials that such talks were taking place. "Perhaps that hasn't been conveyed. Their communication, as you know, has been blown to pieces. They're unable to talk to each other."
