工業(yè)和信息化部等五部門印發(fā)的《工業(yè)產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計(jì)指南（2026年版）》4月17日對外公布，旨在指導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)人員踐行綠色設(shè)計(jì)理念和方法，推廣綠色設(shè)計(jì)解決方案，開發(fā)綠色產(chǎn)品，為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展全面綠色轉(zhuǎn)型提供有力支撐。

China on April 17, 2026 released a set of guidelines to promote green design for industrial products, in a bid to help advance the country's green transition across society and the economy. These guidelines, jointly released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and four other state organs, aim to guide research and development personnel in adopting green design principles, promote green design solutions, and help develop green products.

綠色設(shè)計(jì)也稱生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)，是面向可持續(xù)發(fā)展的設(shè)計(jì)理念和方法，旨在從源頭設(shè)計(jì)階段減少或控制全生命周期的資源消耗和環(huán)境影響。研究表明，產(chǎn)品生命周期80%的資源消耗和環(huán)境影響取決于設(shè)計(jì)階段。我國已累計(jì)培育451家工業(yè)產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計(jì)示范企業(yè)，形成了近200項(xiàng)綠色設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

《工業(yè)產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計(jì)指南（2026年版）》圍繞開發(fā)綠色設(shè)計(jì)解決方案、推進(jìn)“人工智能+綠色設(shè)計(jì)”、制定綠色設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、推廣綠色設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)志性產(chǎn)品、加大綠色設(shè)計(jì)人才培養(yǎng)、深化國際交流與合作等方面提出具體實(shí)施舉措，包括培育專業(yè)水平高、服務(wù)能力強(qiáng)的綠色設(shè)計(jì)解決方案供應(yīng)商；建立產(chǎn)品全生命周期數(shù)據(jù)庫和綠色設(shè)計(jì)知識庫等。

推動經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展綠色化、低碳化是實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。加快推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、能源結(jié)構(gòu)、交通運(yùn)輸結(jié)構(gòu)等調(diào)整優(yōu)化。實(shí)施全面節(jié)約戰(zhàn)略，推進(jìn)各類資源節(jié)約集約利用，加快構(gòu)建廢棄物循環(huán)利用體系。

A green and low-carbon economy and society are crucial to high-quality development. We must work faster to adjust and improve the industrial structure, the energy mix, and the composition of the transportation sector. We will implement a comprehensive conservation strategy, conserve resources of all types and use them efficiently, and move faster to put in place a system for recycling waste and used materials.
