當(dāng)?shù)貢r間1月13日晚，在當(dāng)天進(jìn)行的韓國前總統(tǒng)尹錫悅發(fā)動緊急戒嚴(yán)涉嫌觸犯“內(nèi)亂罪”一案一審結(jié)案庭審中，韓國檢方要求法院以內(nèi)亂頭目嫌疑判處尹錫悅死刑。
檢方在對量刑理由進(jìn)行說明時表示，尹錫悅發(fā)動的緊急戒嚴(yán)是對韓國法治的極大破壞，是尹錫悅濫用總統(tǒng)職權(quán)進(jìn)行的有組織的犯罪。（總臺記者 唐鑫 張昀）
