瑞典外交部建議所有目前身在伊朗的瑞典公民因當地安全局勢嚴峻而離開伊朗。外交部也強烈建議所有瑞典公民避免前往伊朗。
據瑞典外交大臣稱，目前估計約有1500名瑞典公民身在伊朗。由于電話和互聯網服務中斷，溝通方面出現困難，導致難以與身在伊朗的瑞典公民取得聯系并傳遞信息。
挪威外交部也發布了類似的旅行建議，自2025年2月以來一直建議不要前往伊朗。挪威當局表示，如果情況發生任何變化，他們將更新官方旅行指南。
