據(jù)新華社北京2月5日電 針對美國組建所謂“關(guān)鍵礦產(chǎn)聯(lián)盟”，外交部發(fā)言人林劍5日在例行記者會上回答有關(guān)提問時表示，維護開放、包容、普惠的國際貿(mào)易環(huán)境符合各國的共同利益，各方都有責任為維護關(guān)鍵礦產(chǎn)的全球產(chǎn)供鏈穩(wěn)定與安全發(fā)揮建設性作用。同時，我們反對任何國家以“小圈子”規(guī)則破壞國際經(jīng)貿(mào)秩序。（記者溫馨、袁睿）
