據央視新聞消息，2月9日，外交部發言人林劍主持例行記者會。有記者就黎智英案提問。
林劍表示，黎智英是一系列反中亂港事件的主要策劃者、參與者，其行為嚴重沖擊“一國兩制”的原則底線，嚴重危害國家安全，嚴重損害香港繁榮穩定和市民福祉，理應受到法律的嚴懲。
