光谷 | 康魅路公共停車場(chǎng)已打圍！
近日，經(jīng)過(guò)康魅路公共停車場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目所在地，發(fā)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)地已打圍并掛上了項(xiàng)目門牌。
2023年5月，位于康魅路以北、梁山頭路以東、流芳路以西的公共停車場(chǎng)啟動(dòng)招標(biāo)登記。計(jì)劃工期630天。康魅路公共停車場(chǎng)總用地面積約14308㎡，總建筑面積約22394.13㎡。其中地上建筑面積15644㎡，地下6751㎡，總停車位625個(gè)，為地面三層地下一層自走式停車樓。
