婁勤儉：《哪吒2》我也看了

在今天召開的十四屆全國人大四次會(huì)議新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上，中國日?qǐng)?bào)記者王科舉就中國消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)提問，“去年，蘇超、《哪吒2》、拉布布等諸多爆款讓我們看到了中國消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)的活力和潛力。請(qǐng)問發(fā)言人，您如何看待中國去年的消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)？今年，國家又會(huì)有哪些拉動(dòng)消費(fèi)的政策措施呢？”

大會(huì)發(fā)言人婁勤儉說，“蘇超的確很火，《哪吒2》我也看了。”

婁勤儉說，消費(fèi)是拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的主引擎。他提到，2025年中國深入實(shí)施精準(zhǔn)消費(fèi)專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)，消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)規(guī)模穩(wěn)步擴(kuò)大，社會(huì)消費(fèi)品零售總額首次突破50萬億元，消費(fèi)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)52%。

婁勤儉舉例，中國游、中國購持續(xù)火熱，特別是海南自貿(mào)港封關(guān)后，迎來新一波的旅游消費(fèi)熱。

婁勤儉說，今年，全國人大常委會(huì)將就建設(shè)國內(nèi)統(tǒng)一大市場(chǎng)，扎實(shí)推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村全面振興等方面開展監(jiān)督，制定社會(huì)救助法、醫(yī)療保障法、托育服務(wù)法等，推動(dòng)將更多資源投入民生領(lǐng)域，讓人民群眾能消費(fèi)、敢消費(fèi)、愿意消費(fèi)。

China will scale up efforts to boost consumption and foster a robust domestic market this year, the National People's Congress, the country's top legislature, said on Wednesday, one day ahead of the opening of its annual session.

Lou Qinjian, spokesman for the fourth session of the 14th NPC, said at a news conference that the country will formulate laws on social assistance, medical security and childcare services this year, and promote the allocation of more resources to areas related to people's livelihoods so that people are able, willing and confident to spend.

"We will implement service consumption quality-enhancing and people-benefiting initiatives to accelerate the cultivation of new growth drivers for service consumption," Lou said. "We will optimize consumer goods trade-in policies to promote the expansion and upgrading of goods consumption."

The country will also create a more internationalized consumption environment, diversify consumption scenarios, and launch the "Shopping in China" campaign, according to Lou.

Meanwhile, the country will foster high-quality employment and formulate and implement income growth plans for urban and rural residents to enhance their spending power, Lou said.

"We will steadily advance the equalization of basic public services, improve systems for education, childcare, elderly care and medical security, thereby reducing residents' worries about consumption," Lou added.
