財聯(lián)社3月6日電，財政部部長藍佛安3月6日在十四屆全國人大四次會議經(jīng)濟主題記者會上表示，在財政資金規(guī)模安排上，今年三個方面創(chuàng)了“新高”。一是支出總量創(chuàng)新高，首次超過30萬億元。二是新增政府債券規(guī)模創(chuàng)新高，達到11.89萬億元，為近年來力度最大。三是中央對地方轉(zhuǎn)移支付創(chuàng)新高，地方財政保障能力進一步增強。中央對地方轉(zhuǎn)移支付總量達10.42萬億元，連續(xù)4年超10萬億元。
