人民財訊3月7日電，3月7日上午，十四屆全國人大四次會議舉行民生主題記者會。民政部部長陸治原表示，今年向中度以上失能老人發放養老服務消費補貼券，目前共累計核銷消費券17.2億元，受益老年人達到89.2萬人。
