上海地鐵正在全網多站點試用新版紙質二維碼單程票，新車票采用“照進照出”模式，用后不回收，乘客可以留作紀念。不過，因為與傳統塑質芯片票“刷進插出”的模式完全不同，新版紙質單程票給不少乘客帶來了困擾。
