齊魯網·閃電新聞4月4日訊每年4月4日是世界流浪動物日。今年，由它基金發起的“我選擇 我負責”世界流浪動物日主題活動，通過全國34城、46場聯動，呼吁以領養代替購買、文明養犬。
閃電新聞聯合濟南市文明養犬志愿服務協會等單位，開展線下公益市集、寵物領養、文明養犬宣傳等系列活動，同時線上同步開啟科普知識競賽，號召市民關愛流浪動物，踐行文明養犬理念。
