2005年憑《Don't Cha》橫掃全球的美國女團Pussycat Dolls，今年以三人陣容重組復出。為宣傳新巡演，她們上了Capital FM的"Finish The Lyric"節目——規則很簡單：聽到其他歌手的歌詞，接唱下一句。
輪到KATSEYE的《Gnarly》時，Nicole Scherzinger先調侃歌詞"好有深度"，接著甩出一句：「這聽起來像是KATSEYE會唱的東西。」說完自己先笑了。隊友Ashley Roberts補刀說她們跳舞不錯，Nicole也找補了一句"人很甜"，但Damage already done。
這段視頻單條轉發就破了140萬播放。評論區兩極分化：有人截圖配文"damn nobody takes katseye seriously as artists"，有人直接說"skibidi toilet ass sound"；也有粉絲搬出完整片段，說Nicole明顯是玩笑，"next time post the full video and try not to portray something as shading as your brainless head think"。
最諷刺的是，KATSEYE去年才憑《Touch》在TikTok殺出圈，被HYBE當作"全球化女團實驗"的招牌。結果前輩一句無心的類比，反而成了她們"音樂辨識度"的最佳注腳——只是這注腳，粉絲顯然不太想要。
