據青海省紀委監委4月21日消息：青海省黃南州人大常委會黨組副書記、副主任張文生涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，主動投案，目前正接受青海省紀委監委紀律審查和監察調查。
張文生，男，漢族，1967年10月生，山西高平人，大學學歷，中共黨員。曾任黃南州財政局局長、澤庫縣委書記等職。
