近日，上海警方發(fā)現(xiàn)一種新型騙術(shù)。犯罪嫌疑人以房屋買賣交易為幌子，誘騙民間借貸人員，借貸人員幫助買家墊付部分首付款，并收取一定的報(bào)酬。實(shí)際上，這筆首付款可能就此一去不回。
警方在調(diào)解一起購房糾紛時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)線索，一個(gè)詐騙犯罪團(tuán)伙隨之浮出水面。犯罪嫌疑人通過網(wǎng)簽房屋買賣合同，誘騙民間借款人，以資金走流水為由，截胡巨額款項(xiàng)。實(shí)際上，賣家、買家和中介，都是在合伙演戲。
3月26日，警方展開集中抓捕，13名犯罪嫌疑人悉數(shù)落網(wǎng)。
