女乘客地鐵上用圍巾擦地！本人回應

12月3日，江蘇蘇州一女子坐地鐵時不小心將飲料灑在車廂里，她立刻蹲下清理。在自備紙巾用完后，又拿自己的圍巾將污漬徹底擦干凈。

A Suzhou Metro passenger has become the focus of widespread online praise after a video showed her squating on the floor of a subway car to clean up a spilled drink — using her own scarf when her tissues ran out.

網傳視頻顯示，一位女乘客正蹲在地上用自己的圍巾擦地板。

拍視頻的乘客表示，這位女乘客的飲料灑了就用自己的圍巾擦，其保持公共場所衛生的行為值得贊揚。

The video, widely circulated on Chinese social media, shows the woman carefully wiping the carriage floor with her scarf after accidentally knocking over her beverage. The passenger who filmed the scene said the woman "immediately began cleaning and even used her own scarf to make sure the area was spotless", calling her behavior "worthy of praise in a public space".

視頻一經傳播，評論區瞬間被溫暖和贊揚淹沒，網友紛紛為這位乘客點贊。

Once posted, the footage quickly went viral, with comments sections flooded by messages of appreciation. Thousands of netizens applauded the woman's sense of responsibility and the warmth reflected in her small but thoughtful gesture.

12月5日，蘇州地鐵官方發文，全網尋找這位女乘客。地鐵方在發布的視頻配文中稱“為你點贊”，并表示，為了感謝這位乘客，特地為她準備了新的圍巾，還要贈送一份文創大禮包和食堂餐券，歡迎這位女乘客私信聯系地鐵方。

On Friday, Suzhou Metro issued a public notice across platforms seeking to contact the woman, writing, "Thumbs up for you!" The metro operator said it had prepared a new scarf for her, along with a cultural gift pack and meal vouchers, and invited her to reach out privately.

12月7日，有媒體記者聯系蘇州地鐵，工作人員表示這位女乘客已經找到了。地鐵方正與她約定見面時間，屆時將送出圍巾與禮物。

Two days later, metro staff confirmed to reporters that the woman had been located and that plans were being made to meet and present the gifts.

另據蘇州廣播電視總臺報道，這位女乘客姓顧，家住昆山，是蘇州工業園區一家公司的職員。當天下班后，她買了杯飲料乘坐地鐵準備回家，沒想到不慎將飲料打翻。

According to local media, the passenger, surnamed Gu, lives in Kunshan and works in the Suzhou Industrial Park. She told reporters that she had simply finished work, bought a drink, and boarded the metro when the accident occurred.

顧女士表示，“自己也僅僅是做到了自己應該做的。正好某一個瞬間被捕捉，被熱心市民分享和多平臺傳播，評論區也同樣說明大家都是心存美好，相信善意，每個人都能用自己的一份力來守護每座城市。”

"I only did what anyone should do," Gu said. "It just happened to be captured in that moment and shared by kind-hearted people. The comments show that people believe in goodwill. Everyone can play a part in protecting the cities we live in."
