吳佩芳逝世

她自己并沒有正兒八經上過學，但是，當年她和另兩位姐妹創辦的“弄堂小學”如今已經成為上海響當當的公辦小學。

她說，教好孩子沒什么訣竅，就是三個愛：愛學校，愛老師，愛學生；還有七個字：教好每一個學生。

她的故事，被改編成滬劇《雞毛飛上天》、電影《春催桃李》，激勵了一代代人。她就是全國勞動模范、全國三八紅旗手、上海市徐匯區建襄小學創始人之一、名譽校長吳佩芳。

12月16日，“徐匯區建襄小學”微信公眾號發布訃告：中國共產黨黨員，全國勞動模范，全國三八紅旗手，上海徐匯區建襄小學創始人之一、名譽校長吳佩芳同志，因病醫治無效，于2025年12月15日凌晨3時32分在徐匯區龍華社區衛生服務中心逝世，享年95歲。

Wu Peifang, a national model worker and co-founder of the renowned Jianxiang Primary School in Shanghai's Xuhui district, passed away on Dec 15, 2025, at the age of 95.

訃告稱，吳佩芳以“雞毛飛上天”的執著精神開拓教育之路。她堅持“愛”的教育，提出要“教好每一個學生”，以“艱苦奮斗，努力創新”的辦學精神激勵著一代又一代的建襄人，為學校的持續發展奠定了良好的基礎。

根據公開資料，吳佩芳系新中國成立后上海的第一所民辦學校——建襄小學的創始人。這個只有小學三年級學歷的家庭婦女，拿起教鞭，站上講臺，思考的是讓弄堂里想讀書的孩子都有書讀。

1958年，吳佩芳和兩個姐妹殷祖懿、江鏡蓉東拼西湊，籌集了資金，在肇嘉浜路一廢棄車庫辦起了小學，這個“弄堂學校”的首批學生來自附近弄堂76個最普通的家庭。她鼓勵老師“因人而異”備課，引導學生自覺克服缺點和不足。

Despite having no formal education herself, Wu, alongside two other women, established a "lane school" in 1958 that would later evolve into the prestigious public Jianxiang Primary School. Operating initially from a converted garage on Zhaojiabang Road, the school served 76 children from ordinary families in the surrounding lanes.

Wu's educational philosophy was simple yet profound: three loves — love for the school, the teachers, and the students — and a motto: "Teach every student well". She encouraged personalized lesson planning and guided students to overcome their shortcomings.

吳佩芳堅信，每一根“雞毛”都能“飛上天”

1978年，建襄小學和附近學校合并，轉為公辦學校，吳佩芳重新出任校長。退休后，吳佩芳被聘為建襄小學名譽校長。

當年的老教師回憶，學校舉辦了師生心靈溝通熱線、老師為學生服務日等“愛生”活動，在吳校長帶領下，大家每天都主動留到晚上七八點回家，總結學校每天情況，針對特殊情況群策群力想辦法。

In 1978, Jianxiang Primary School became a public institution, with Wu resuming her role as principal. After retirement, she served as its honorary principal. Colleagues recalled her dedication, with staff often staying late into the evening to discuss student progress under her leadership.

艱苦的環境阻擋不了辦學的熱情

1986年，吳佩芳被任命為建襄小學名譽校長，成為上海解放后任命的首批名譽校長。退休后，她常回建襄小學和師生聊天，還參加了市教育工會組織的百老德育講師團，進學校、下社區、去農村，舉辦600多場專題報告，義務為30多萬名師生講學。她說，“只要有口氣，就要為教育出點力”。

Even in retirement, Wu remained active in education, delivering over 600 volunteer lectures to more than 300,000 teachers and students across schools and communities. "As long as I have breath, I will contribute to education," she said.
