中國經濟網衡陽12月22日綜合報道 12月22日，衡陽市召開全市領導干部會議。湖南省委組織部分管日常工作的副部長張值恒出席會議并宣布省委決定：劉中杰同志任中共衡陽市委委員、常委、副書記。
劉中杰，男，漢族，1973年9月生，研究生，工學碩士，中共黨員，此前擔任湖南省委軍民融合發展委員會辦公室、省國防動員辦公室（省人民防空辦公室）分管日常工作的副主任。
