萬萬沒想到！中亞這座城，竟藏著一條“冼星海大街”？

一曲《黃河大合唱》，激蕩起中華兒女烽火歲月的民族記憶。但鮮為人知的是，這首經典之作的作曲者冼星海，曾在上世紀40年代初流落至哈薩克斯坦的阿拉木圖。

Yellow River Cantata

evokes a defining chapter of China' s wartime memory. Yet , what is less widely known i s that its composer, Xian Xinghai, was stranded in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in the early 1940s.

如今，冼星海的印記仍鐫刻在這座城市中——一條以他命名的大街和一座紀念碑，共同紀念著他與當地一位音樂家跨越國界和語言隔閡、因音樂結緣的友誼。

His legacy endures in the city today, where a street and a monument bear his name, commemorating a wartime friendship forged through music between Xian and a local Kazakh musician, beyond borders and language.

多年后，這段歷史被一位烏魯木齊導演發掘并搬上銀幕，讓這則感人故事為更多人熟知。而這段共同記憶，也成為兩座城市日益深入合作交流的生動注腳。

Decades later, this touching story was brought to the screen — and a wider audience — by an Urumqi-born director. Today, this shared memory stands as a vivid footnote to the deepening cooperation and exchanges between the two cities.

1940年，冼星海經迪化（今烏魯木齊）前往蘇聯，為革命紀錄片創作配樂。1941年，蘇聯衛國戰爭爆發導致配制工作中斷，他的歸國之路也因此受阻。1942年，冼星海輾轉流落到阿拉木圖。

In 1940, Xian traveled to the Soviet Union via Dihua — now Urumqi — to compose music for a revolutionary documentary. But the outbreak of the Soviet Union's Great Patriotic War in 1941 brought the project to a halt and prevented his return to China. In 1942, he arrived in Almaty, stranded and destitute.

在冼星海身陷絕境、與祖國失聯的日子里，一位哈薩克斯坦的合唱團指揮巴赫德讓?拜卡達莫夫向他伸出了援手。盡管并不寬裕，拜卡達莫夫一家仍想辦法為冼星海提供食宿。語言不通的兩人，因音樂相知，在戰火中結下深厚友誼。

Xian, who was in dire straits, received help from Bakhytzhan Baikadamov, a Kazakh choral director. Despite limited means, Baikadamov and his family provided him with accommodation and food. Though divided by a language barrier, the two found common ground in music, forging a deep friendship amid the turmoil of war.

這段友誼現在不僅被永久鐫刻在阿拉木圖的城市地圖上，也被一位出生于烏魯木齊的導演西爾扎提?牙合甫改編成電影搬上銀幕，讓更多人共同銘記。

This bond has not only been permanently etched onto Almaty's urban map, but also adapted into a film by Urumqi-born director Xierzhati Yahefu, who shared this story with a wider audience.

今年是冼星海誕辰120周年，也是中國人民抗日戰爭暨世界反法西斯戰爭勝利80周年。呂毅表示，舉辦冼星海紀念設施修繕后重新開放儀式以及電影《音樂家》重映會等系列活動，意義重大，能夠推動兩國青年一代傳承中哈世代友好，唱響和平正義之音。

This year marks the 120th anniversary of Xian Xinghai's birth and the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1931-45) and the World Anti-Fascist War. 1993年，烏魯木齊與阿拉木圖締結為中哈首對友好城市，兩城聯結愈發緊密。

In 1993, Urumqi and Almaty became the first pair of sister cities between China and Kazakhstan, with steadily deepening ties.

2024 年和 2025 年分別是中國 “ 哈薩克斯坦旅游年 ” 和哈薩克斯坦 “ 中國旅游年 ”。 已實施兩年 多 的互免簽證政策， 也 讓人員往來更加便捷。

With 2024 and 2025 designated as mutual tourism years, and visa-free policy having been in place for more than two years, cross-border travel has become much easier.

據中央廣播電視總臺報道，自2023年11月到2025年11月中哈免簽兩周年，經烏魯木齊天山國際機場口岸往來中哈兩國的人員達到17.9萬余人次。

A relaxed rule came into effect in November 2023, allowing visa-free travel between China and Kazakhstan. In the two years since, about 179,000 transits were made between the two countries, as recorded at the Urumqi Tianshan International Airport, according to China Central Television.

阿拉木圖游客阿依努爾?巴伊圖瑪諾娃說，簽證政策的放寬，讓原本需要繁瑣籌備的旅行，變成了一場說走就走的即興出游。并且，烏魯木齊讓她倍感親切，“對我們來說，新疆是絕佳的旅游目的地，語言相通、文化相近、美食相融。”

For Ainur Baitumanova, a tourist from Almaty, visa-free travel turned what once required lengthy preparation into a spontaneous getaway. Besides, she found Urumqi remarkably like home: "Xinjiang is a great tourism destination for us, because of the language, the culture and the food."

經貿領域的合作同樣成果豐碩。2024年3月6日，新疆“天山號”班列首趟全程時刻表班列順利啟程，運行時間較普通班列壓縮60%以上。據新疆國際陸港（集團）有限公司介紹，今年前11個月，“天山號”班列累計發運714列，吞吐量約133.1萬噸，貨值及帶動進出口貿易額約194.84億元。

Trade cooperation has also yielded fruitful results. On March 6, 2024, the first full-timetable Tianshan China-Europe freight train from Urumqi to Almaty departed, cutting transit time by over 60 percent compared with ordinary services. In the first 11 months of this year, the Tianshan freight trains had made 714 trips, moving more than 1.3 million tons of exports and imports valued at nearly 19.5 billion yuan ($2.77 billion), according to Xinjiang International Land Port Group.

哈薩克斯坦中國研究中心主任古麗娜爾?沙伊梅爾格諾娃指出，中歐班列與中亞班列實際上已將烏魯木齊—阿拉木圖這對友好城市轉變為連接中國內陸和歐亞大陸的物流樞紐，有力推動了貿易與產業協作。

Gulnar Shaimergenova, director of the China Studies Center in Kazakhstan, says the freight services have effectively transformed Urumqi and Almaty into logistics hubs linking China’s inland regions with the Eurasian continent, which has helped boost bilateral trade, transit transport and industrial collaboration.

呂毅代總領事談到，烏魯木齊與阿拉木圖發展友好關系是中哈永久全面戰略伙伴關系在地方層面的生動體現，期待雙方在服務區域合作大局上發揮更大示范引領作用，共同為高質量共建“一帶一路”和構建中國—中亞命運共同體貢獻更多城市力量。

Friendly ties between Urumqi and Almaty reflect the China-Kazakhstan permanent comprehensive strategic partnership at the local level. "We look forward to both sides playing a greater role in leading regional cooperation, and contributing more to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative and the building of a China-Central Asia community with a shared future," says Lyu.
