俄羅斯外交部8日發表聲明，要求美國立即停止對“水手”號油輪及其他在公海合法航行船舶的非法行動。
俄外交部在聲明中重申，要求美國確保油輪上的俄公民受到人道對待，尊重油輪上的俄公民權益，不得阻礙他們盡快返回家園。
