國務院新聞辦公室1月20日舉行新聞發布會，請財政部副部長廖岷介紹發揮積極財政政策作用，推動經濟社會高質量發展有關情況。
廖岷介紹，2025年，按總體2%的漲幅提高退休人員基本養老金水平，城鄉居民全國基礎養老金最低標準每人每月提高20元。2025年中央財政下達基本養老保險補助資金約1.2萬億元。
