學校簡介

香港中文大學（深圳）成立于2014年3月，是一所經教育部批準，參照中外合作辦學條例設立，傳承香港中文大學的辦學理念和學術體系的大學。學校以創建一所立足中國、面向世界的一流研究型大學為己任，致力于培養具有國際視野、中華傳統和社會擔當的創新型高層次人才。大學已建設經管學院、理工學院、人文社科學院、數據科學學院、醫學院、音樂學院、公共政策學院、人工智能學院八個學院以及一個研究生院，已開設30個本科專業和57個研究生（碩士、博士）項目，在校學生超過13000名。大學注重國際交流和學生國際視野的培養，目前，港中大（深圳）已與160余所境外名校開展實質性交流與合作，遍布世界30多個國家和地區，各類國際合作項目超280個。大學目前已建設了計算機數據科學、材料化學、生物醫學、經濟金融四個世界一流學科群。在近5年的軟科《中國中外合作辦學院校排行榜》中，香港中文大學（深圳）均被評為中國中外合作辦學高校中綜合實力最強的大學。

師資隊伍

學校始終堅持以國際同行評價為核心的學術制度，教師的聘用和晉升基于學術貢獻和影響力，不設指標，重在自我競爭。面向全球招聘，已建立一支具有國際水平的師資隊伍，截至目前，已面向全球招聘引進了700余名國際知名優秀學者和研究人員，其中包括諾貝爾獎得主6名，各國院士近50名，國家級人才120余名。目前引進的教師100%具有在國際一流高校執教或研究工作經驗。在美國斯坦福大學和國際權威學術出版社愛思唯爾共同發布的《2025年全球前2%頂尖科學家榜單》中，香港中文大學（深圳）教授共入選146人次，同比增長34%。

科研創新

學校始終以創新驅動為指引，以服務國家、大灣區創新發展為導向，積極打造國際化科技創新平臺，組建國家工程實驗室、廣東省重點實驗室、深圳市諾貝爾獎研究院等各級科研創新平臺超過120個；累計承擔科研項目2200余項，累計經費近40億元。近年來，國自然申報/立項數量均保持30%以上的增長，平均資助率22%，顯著高于全國平均資助率（約14%）。獲省市認定創新團隊15個；在國際頂級期刊發表了8300余篇包括Nature、Science、Cell在內的高水平國際論文，專利申請近700項，政策報告累計240余篇。我校開展橫向合作400余項，與華為、京東、騰訊等知名企業成立聯合實驗室近50個。

近兩年，大學斬獲一批高水平、高權威性的國際及行國內獎項：羅智泉教授榮獲世界華人數學家大會首屆華羅庚獎；唐本忠教授榮獲2024年度廣東省科學技術獎突出貢獻獎（全省僅兩位、深圳首位）；崔曙光教授榮獲2023年度國家自然科學二等獎等。

四個學科已納入廣東省高水平大學重點建設學科：計算機科學與技術、材料科學與工程、應用經濟學、生物學，同時，臨床醫學獲深圳市高水平大學專項支持。此外，大學于2023年成功獲批三個博士后科研流動站，分別為：計算機科學與技術、材料科學與工程、應用經濟學，也是中外合作辦學高校首次獲批博士后流動站。

工程學、計算機科學、材料科學、化學、生物學與生物化學、臨床醫學、社會科學總論7個學科進入ESI全球排名前1%。數據科學理學碩士項目連續三年（2023-2025）在QS全球最佳商業分析碩士排名中蟬聯中國第1，穩居亞洲前3。應用經濟學學科在UTD全球商學院科研排名百強榜位列中國內地高校商學院第4名，亞洲第12名。

申報條件

申報人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或在2025年1月1日后回國（來華）工作；引進后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，并全職回國工作不少于3年。

1. 領軍人才

（1）取得博士學位；

（2）在海外著名高校、科研機構擔任相當于副教授及以上職務，或在國際知名企業擔任高級職務的專業技術人才；

（3）在本學科取得突出成績。

2. 優秀青年人才

（1）出生日期在1986年1月1日（含）以后；

（2）研究方向主要為自然科學、工程技術等；

（3）取得博士學位，在2026年4月15日前，一般應在海外高校、科研機構、企業研發機構獲得正式教學或者科研職位，且具有連續36個月以上工作經歷；在海外取得博士學位且業績特別突出的，可適當放寬工作年限要求。

Introduction

The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen was founded in accordance with the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools upon approval by the Ministry of Education. It strives to explore a new path of higher education featured by strong connections to both China and the world. The University is committed to providing top-quality higher education that features an integration of the East and the West and fostering an enriching research environment. It is CUHK-Shenzhen’s mission to cultivate innovative talents with a global perspective, Chinese cultural traditions and social responsibilities.

The University has established eight schools, namely School of Management and Economics, School of Science and Engineering, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Data Science, School of Medicine, School of Music, School of Public Policy, and School of Artificial Intelligence. These eight schools, together with the Graduate School, offer 30 undergraduate programs and 57 postgraduate programs. Currently, more than 13000 students are studying at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.

CUHK-Shenzhen encourages international experiences and seeks to nurture global awareness. Research

The University was guided by innovation and the needs of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It actively establishes international scientific and technological innovation platforms, assembling 120 research and innovation platforms at all levels. With over 2200 research projects undertaken and 15 innovative teams recognized at the provincial and municipal levels, the university has produced 8,300 high-quality research outcomes, including papers published in prestigious journals like Nature, Science and Cell.

CUHK-Shenzhen has nearly 700 patent applications and over 240 policy reports. Our university has carried out more than 400 collaborations and established nearly 50 joint laboratories with well-known enterprises such as Huawei, JD.com, and Tencent.

In 2023, three postdoctoral research mobile stations of CUHK-Shenzhen have been successfully getting approved, namely Computer Science and Technology, Materials Science and Engineering, and Applied Economics, which is also the first time that a Chinese-foreign cooperative university has been approved for postdoctoral research mobile stations.

Seven disciplines, namely Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, Chemistry, Biology and Biochemistry, Clinical Medicine, and General Social Sciences, have entered the top 1% of the ESI ( Essential Science Indicators) global rankings.
