中共中央政治局2026年1月30日就前瞻布局和發(fā)展未來產業(yè)進行第二十四次集體學習。中共中央總書記習近平在主持學習時強調，要發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢，堅持穩(wěn)中求進、梯度培育，推動我國未來產業(yè)發(fā)展不斷取得新突破。

Xi made the remarks while presiding over a group study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on January 30, 2026.

未來產業(yè)由前沿技術驅動，具有前瞻性、戰(zhàn)略性、顛覆性等特點。“十五五”規(guī)劃建議提出，推動量子科技、生物制造、氫能和核聚變能、腦機接口、具身智能、第六代移動通信等成為新的經濟增長點，這些領域正是未來產業(yè)的典型代表。近年來，黨中央高度重視，強化政策支持，推動未來產業(yè)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)良好勢頭。2025年，工業(yè)和信息化領域對我國經濟增長的貢獻已超四成。我國擁有人工智能企業(yè)數(shù)量超過6000家，量子科技研發(fā)多點開花，生物制造邁向萬億級產業(yè)，腦機接口技術進入植入人腦的新階段……未來產業(yè)蓄勢發(fā)力，為高質量發(fā)展注入源源不斷的新動能。

習近平在中共中央政治局第二十四次集體學習時指出，培育發(fā)展未來產業(yè)，對于搶占科技和產業(yè)制高點、把握發(fā)展主動權，對于發(fā)展新質生產力、建設現(xiàn)代化產業(yè)體系，對于提高人民生活品質、促進人的全面發(fā)展和社會全面進步，都具有重要意義。習近平強調，要聚焦“十五五”時期我國未來產業(yè)發(fā)展的主攻方向，科學論證技術路線，提升前沿技術戰(zhàn)略預判能力。要綜合考慮國家戰(zhàn)略需求、技術成熟程度、要素支撐條件等因素，因地制宜、錯位發(fā)展。要強化產業(yè)協(xié)同，推動未來產業(yè)同新興產業(yè)、傳統(tǒng)產業(yè)相得益彰。

【重要講話】

積極培育新能源、新材料、先進制造、電子信息等戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)，積極培育未來產業(yè)，加快形成新質生產力，增強發(fā)展新動能。

It is necessary to foster strategic emerging industries including new energy, new materials, advanced manufacturing and electronic information, and nurture industries of the future, in a bid to create new productivity boosters and new growth impetus.
