財聯社2月12日電，俄羅斯外交部副部長里亞布科夫就是否可能在美國進行第三輪烏克蘭問題談判時表示，下一輪談判的具體時間與地點仍在討論中，在達成一致前不會對外公布。里亞布科夫同時指出，從各方面來看，阿布扎比作為談判地點有利于開展工作。
