當00后繼承“年貨采購大權”……

00后終于熬到了自己辦年貨的年紀！接過家中上一任“年貨主管”的接力棒，中國日報記者顏諳直奔批發市場，采購“一件也是批發價”的新鮮水果。

這里是湖南最大的“菜籃子”“果盤子”——位于長沙市雨花區的紅星全球農批中心。剛進大門，顏諳就被眼前的景象震撼到了，光是蘋果這一個品類，就能占滿一整條街，規模之大可見一斑。

大貨車在五彩繽紛的水果攤位前穿梭來往，工作人員指著一輛車身印有“全國冷鏈運輸”的貨車介紹道：這里是一級批發市場，因此很多水果都由這樣的貨車從產地直接拉來。

運輸效率有多驚人？昨天還在安徽田間地頭的新鮮草莓，今日便已整整齊齊、色澤鮮亮地陳列在批發市場的禮盒中。

但誰能想到，30多年前，這樣的景象對大多數中國人而言，還只是遙不可及的奢望。

那時的冬天，北方人的餐桌上幾乎離不開囤積的大白菜，水果的反季節供應更是幾乎一片空白。

改變始于1988年，那一年，“菜籃子工程”正式啟動，打響了一場旨在解決“從無到有”供應難題的全國性攻堅戰。

The change began in 1988, when the “Vegetable Basket Project” was officially launched, kicking off a nationwide campaign to solve supply shortages from the ground up.

38年時光流轉，如今的我們，早已不必為餐桌的單調和匱乏發愁，只會為貨架上琳瑯滿目的選擇而糾結。

After 38 years of transformation, we no longer worry about the monotony and scarcity of food on our dining tables today. Instead, we find ourselves overwhelmed by the dazzling array of choices on store shelves.

這次新春走基層，顏諳從市民們堆成小山的年貨上，見證了“菜籃子工程”結出的碩果。正是這些年建立起來的一級級批發市場、一張張冷鏈物流網，給了我們“水果自由”的底氣。
