3月5日，國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦公室舉行吹風(fēng)會(huì)。《政府工作報(bào)告》起草組負(fù)責(zé)人、國(guó)務(wù)院研究室主任沈丹陽(yáng)，《政府工作報(bào)告》起草組成員、國(guó)務(wù)院研究室副主任陳昌盛解讀《政府工作報(bào)告》，并答記者問。沈丹陽(yáng)表示，“改革”和“創(chuàng)新”這兩個(gè)詞在《政府工作報(bào)告》全文中共出現(xiàn)75次，是今年報(bào)告的高頻詞。
