記者從水利部了解到，截至3月9日10時，黃河累計開河379.3千米。
- 預計3月14日前后全線開通，較常年偏早9天；
- 預計頭道拐水文站開河最大十日水量為6億立方米左右，較常年偏少約4成；
- 最大開河凌峰流量950立方米每秒左右，較常年偏小約5成。
開河平穩，風險總體可控。
