當地時間10日，美國國會參議院以71票對29票的結果確認約書亞·羅德出任美國國家安全局局長，并同時領導美國網絡司令部，結束該職位長期空缺的局面。羅德此前為美軍印太司令部副司令，軍銜為中將。確認后，他將晉升為四星上將并擔任這一“兼任職務”。（央視記者 劉旭）
