伊朗下起“黑雨”！世衛(wèi)組織警告

位于伊朗首都德黑蘭和厄爾布爾士省的4處儲(chǔ)油設(shè)施及一處石油產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心日前遭戰(zhàn)機(jī)襲擊，一時(shí)間火光沖天，黑煙升騰，當(dāng)?shù)馗霈F(xiàn)了罕見(jiàn)的“黑雨”天氣現(xiàn)象。德黑蘭居民反映出現(xiàn)呼吸困難。對(duì)此，世界衛(wèi)生組織與聯(lián)合國(guó)9日相繼發(fā)出警告，指出此類(lèi)襲擊正在引發(fā)嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境與健康危機(jī)。

The World Health Organization warned that the "black rain" and toxic compounds in the air in Iran after strikes on oil facilities could cause respiratory problems, and it backed Iran's advisory urging people to remain indoors.

The UN health agency, which has an office in Iran and works with authorities on health emergencies, said it has received multiple reports of oil-laden rain this week. Tehran was choked in black smoke on Monday after an oil refinery was hit, in an escalation ?in strikes on Iran's domestic energy supplies as part of the US-Israeli campaign.

世衛(wèi)組織總干事譚德塞9日警告，伊朗部分地區(qū)的雨水中含有石油，不斷升級(jí)的沖突及其對(duì)公共衛(wèi)生的影響令人非常擔(dān)憂。他在社交媒體上發(fā)文說(shuō)：“伊朗石油設(shè)施受損，污染食物、水和空氣。這些危害可能對(duì)公眾健康產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重影響，尤其對(duì)于兒童、老人和基礎(chǔ)疾病患者?！弊T德塞呼吁，各方應(yīng)立即緩和局勢(shì)，避免戰(zhàn)火危及民眾健康、殃及醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)。

World Health Organization chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said in a statement on Monday that damage to Iranian petroleum facilities "risks contaminating food, water and air".

Those hazards "can have severe health impacts especially on children, older people, and people with pre-existing medical conditions", Tedros warned in a post on X. "Rain laden with oil has been reported falling in parts of the country."

聯(lián)合國(guó)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)古特雷斯的發(fā)言人迪雅里克在9日的新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上說(shuō)，聯(lián)合國(guó)“尤其關(guān)切最近關(guān)于石油設(shè)施遭襲的大量報(bào)告，這些襲擊可能在整個(gè)地區(qū)造成嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境后果，并可能立即對(duì)飲用水、空氣、食品安全產(chǎn)生影響”。迪雅里克重申，必須采取一切措施保護(hù)平民及醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)、學(xué)校、用水系統(tǒng)等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施免受戰(zhàn)火波及。

伊朗外交部發(fā)言人伊斯梅爾·巴加埃此前在社交媒體上發(fā)文說(shuō)，襲擊儲(chǔ)油設(shè)施的行為“導(dǎo)致危險(xiǎn)和有毒物質(zhì)被釋放到空氣中，破壞環(huán)境，嚴(yán)重威脅生命安全”。

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said the large-scale attack marked a "dangerous new phase" of the conflict and amounted to a war crime.

"By targeting fuel depots, the aggressors are releasing hazardous materials and toxic substances into the air, poisoning civilians, devastating the environment, and endangering lives on a massive scale," he wrote on X.
