①客廳、餐廳與廚房形成連貫的公共活動區，動線流暢自然，增強了空間的開闊感和采光通風效果，南向大面寬客廳搭配北側臥室及功能區，實現良好的穿堂風，提升居住舒適度與空氣循環效率

②功能分區清晰合理，三室兩廳兩衛設計滿足多口之家需求，主臥獨立配置專屬衛生間與衣帽收納空間，保障私密性與使用便利

③戶型注重細節與生活品質，廚房設為U型操作臺并預留洗碗機位置，提高烹飪效率；客衛干濕分離，提升使用體驗；玄關設置儲物柜，增強入戶收納能力

Living room

步入客廳，第一感受是“被擁抱”。整個空間以開放式布局呈現，通透開闊，采光充足。大面積落地窗引入自然光線，搭配白色紗簾與米色卷簾，光影層次豐富而不刺眼。
