人民財訊3月30日電，市場監管總局就《食品安全抽樣檢驗管理辦法（征求意見稿）》向社會公開征求意見，征求意見稿把發現問題和風險隱患作為抽檢工作的出發點，將食品安全抽樣檢驗工作分為監督抽檢和風險抽檢，并分別單列一章。強化風險抽檢工作，拓寬風險抽檢實施主體，明確風險抽檢實施情形，使其抽樣和檢驗更靈活，并規定了風險抽檢結果研判和報送方式。
