中共中央政治局常委、國務院總理李強2026年3月30日至4月1日在四川調研。他強調，要著力推進新型電網建設，加快能源結構調整優化。
Chinese Premier Li Qiang has stressed efforts to advance the construction of a new-type power grid and accelerate the adjustment and optimization of the energy structure. Li, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, made the remarks during a field survey in southwest China's Sichuan Province from March 30 to April 1, 2026.

【知識點】
電網作為連接電力生產和消費的樞紐平臺，是加快構建新型電力系統的核心環節。國家發展改革委、國家能源局2025年底聯合印發的《關于促進電網高質量發展的指導意見》提出，到2030年，初步建成以主干電網和配電網為重要基礎、智能微電網為有益補充的新型電網平臺。新型電網平臺好比電力系統的“智慧大腦”，可通過數字化、智能化技術，實現主配微網從“物理連接”到“智能協同”的跨越。建設新型電網平臺是發展新型電力系統的必然要求。
新型電網平臺最大的特點是主配微網協同。在新型電網平臺中，主網、配電網、微電網承擔著不一樣的角色，共同支撐起新型電力系統。主網是筑牢電力安全保障根本、夯實全國統一電力市場的物理基礎，發揮著支撐清潔能源資源廣域調配，保障集中式新能源供給消納的重要作用。配電網在增強保供能力的基礎上，承擔多元化源荷開放接入、雙向互動、即插即用等職能，要滿足分布式新能源大規模發展的需要。微電網作為具有自平衡和自調節能力的電力新業態網絡載體，支持多元主體接入，能夠融入終端用戶綠色用能場景，促進新能源就近開發、就地消納，提升電網末端供電可靠水平。

要深化電力體制改革，加快構建清潔低碳、安全充裕、經濟高效、供需協同、靈活智能的新型電力系統，更好推動能源生產和消費革命，保障國家能源安全。
It is imperative to deepen electric power system reform by accelerating the building of a power industry that is clean, low-carbon, safe and providing abundant supply, economical and efficient, well-coordinated between supply and demand, and flexible and intelligent, so as to better promote the revolution in China's energy production and consumption, ensuring national energy security.
