其實啊，人這一輩子，誰沒遇到過幾場“風雨”？年輕時怕，中年時慌，可等到年紀稍長，再回頭看，那些曾經覺得跨不過去的坎，如今都成了茶余飯后的談資。今天想跟大家聊一位千古流芳的人物——蘇軾，他的人生，就是一部“風雨求生記”，讀懂了他的“一蓑煙雨任平生”，就讀透了人生的無常，也學會了最頂級的豁達。

蘇軾的一生，簡直就是“倒霉”的代名詞。

他才華橫溢，二十多歲就金榜題名，本以為人生是坦途，結果一生被貶黃州、惠州、儋州，從繁華京城貶到偏遠蠻荒之地。仕途坎坷，親人離世，生活顛沛流離，換做普通人，早就抑郁成疾了，可蘇軾偏不。

他被貶黃州的時候，家道中落，連溫飽都成問題。別人愁眉苦臉、唉聲嘆氣，他倒好，親自下地種田，給自己取號“東坡居士”，把苦日子過得有滋有味。沒錢買肉，就研究“東坡肉”；沒地方住，就改建破舊的東坡草堂；心情不好了，就去江邊走走，寫下“大江東去，浪淘盡，千古風流人物”的豪邁。

最讓人動容的，是他那句“莫聽穿林打葉聲，何妨吟嘯且徐行”。

那天他和朋友出門，突然下起大雨，別人都狼狽地跑著躲雨，唯獨他披著蓑衣，慢悠悠地走在雨里，還哼著小曲。風雨打在身上又怎樣？路不好走又怎樣？該走的路還是要走，該過的坎還是要過。

誰也不知道下一秒會發生什么，可能昨天還順風順水，今天就跌入谷底。我們總想著掌控一切，求安穩、求順利、求事事圓滿，可生活偏偏喜歡給我們出難題。工作變動、家庭瑣事、身體不適，每一件事都在提醒我們：人生本就無常，與其糾結抱怨，不如學會接納。

而“豁達”，就是應對無常的最好解藥。

蘇軾的豁達，不是天生的，而是歷經磨難后修出來的。他不是沒有痛苦，而是把痛苦釀成了美酒；他不是沒有委屈，而是把委屈化作了力量。遇到風雨，他不躲不逃，而是吟嘯徐行；遇到不公，他不怨不恨，而是隨遇而安。

這種豁達，放在咱們普通人的生活里，其實特別實用。

工作上受了委屈，別鉆牛角尖，就當是“被貶了一次職”，大不了從頭再來；家里有矛盾，別吵得面紅耳赤，退一步海闊天空，就像蘇軾那樣，“且將新火試新茶，詩酒趁年華”；身體不舒服，別過度焦慮，好好調理，日子還是要過。

我有個阿姨，今年六十多歲了，她的人生也像“蘇軾式”的坎坷。年輕時丈夫早逝，她一個人拉扯大兩個孩子，還要照顧年邁的公婆，家里家外的壓力全壓在她身上。可她從來沒抱怨過，每天樂呵呵的，做飯、養花、跳廣場舞，把日子過得紅紅火火。

我問她：“阿姨，您這么難的日子都熬過來了，怎么還這么開心啊？”

她笑著說：“人生就像下雨，雨總會停的，太陽總會出來的。糾結過去的苦，只會耽誤現在的甜。不如像蘇軾那樣，披著蓑衣慢慢走，沿途看看風景，也是一種福氣。”

那一刻我突然明白，蘇軾的“一蓑煙雨”，不是讓我們逆來順受，而是教我們在風雨中保持從容，在無常中守住心態。

人生在世，沒有誰是一帆風順的。那些打不倒我們的，終將使我們更強大。就像蘇軾，被貶了一次又一次，卻活成了千古第一“樂天派”，他的文字穿越千年，依然能治愈我們當下的焦慮與迷茫。

所以姐妹們，別再為了一點小事內耗了。

遇到風雨，就想想“一蓑煙雨任平生”的灑脫；遇到無常，就學學“也無風雨也無晴”的豁達。人生這條路，有晴天就有雨天，有順境就有逆境，重要的不是風雨多大，而是我們有沒有勇氣，披著蓑衣，慢慢走下去。
