歲月不饒人，青春一去不回

人這一輩子，細細算來，不過短短幾十年。前半生懵懂，后半生奔波，一路跌跌撞撞，一路負重前行。我們忙著長大，忙著賺錢，忙著討好，忙著證明自己，卻常常忘了，這一生，真的不容易。

從呱呱墜地的那一刻起，我們就開始了一場沒有回程的旅途。小時候盼著長大，以為長大就能隨心所欲，可真的長大了才明白，成年人的世界，從來沒有容易二字。要為生活奔波，為家庭操勞，為責任咬牙堅持，為未來憂心忡忡。肩上的擔子越來越重，心里的委屈越來越多，臉上的笑容越來越少，能說出口的疲憊，寥寥無幾。

很多時候，我們不敢倒下，因為身后有家人；不敢逃避，因為前面有責任；不敢偷懶，因為生活不允許；不敢流淚，因為堅強是唯一的選擇。我們把脆弱藏起來，把委屈咽下去，明明已經撐得很累，卻還要笑著說“我沒事”。明明心里很苦，卻還要裝作無所謂。這一生，誰不是一邊崩潰，一邊自愈；一邊喊著放棄，一邊咬牙繼續。

我們總

是太在意別人的眼光，太在乎別人的評價。活成別人期待的樣子，討好不喜歡自己的人，勉強做不擅長的事，生怕被人看不起，生怕被人說不行。可到頭來，委屈了自己，疲憊了心靈，也未必能換來真心與認可。一輩子很短，我們不是鈔票，做不到人人都喜歡；我們不是神仙，做不到事事都完美。何必為了不值得的人，浪費心情；何必為了無關緊要的事，為難自己。

這一生，我們會遇見很多人，經歷很多事。有真心相待的溫暖，也有虛情假意的傷害；有順風順水的坦途，也有寸步難行的坎坷。有些事，盡力就好，不必強求；有些人，隨緣就好，不必執著。得不到的，學會放下；留不住的，學會釋懷；想不通的，學會看淡。生活本就是一邊擁有，一邊失去；一邊選擇，一邊放棄。

累了，就停下來歇一歇；苦了，就找個地方傾訴；痛了，就好好安撫自己。別硬撐，別逞強，別委屈，別壓抑。你不需要多么優秀，不需要多么強大，你只需要對自己好一點。餓了吃飯，困了睡覺，煩了散心，傷了自愈。這一生，最該善待的人，是自己。

我們總以為來日方長，總以為還有很多時間，可歲月不饒人，青春一去不回。轉眼就是一年，回頭就是一生。別等失去了才懂得珍惜，別等生病了才知道保重，別等心累了才想起放下。好好吃飯，好好睡覺，好好生活，比什么都重要。

此生不容易，風雨要自己擋，滋味要自己嘗。不必討好所有人，不必事事都完美，不必逼自己面面俱到。對得起良心，對得起家人，對得起歲月，就夠了。愿你在往后的日子里，不慌不忙，不卑不亢，看淡得失，放下煩惱。
