4月19日，河北邢臺。一輛MPV強行通過掛壁公路，出來時全車被刮花。目擊者武女士稱，峽溝村掛壁公路入口寬，中段狹窄，小轎車能過，大型MPV寬度超標，這輛車大面積被刮花，輪胎爆了，后視鏡也脫落了，車主報警拖走了。資料顯示，掛壁公路是村民手工開鑿的絕壁通道，僅容小型車輛單向通行。（搜狐千里眼）
