記者從懷化市公安交管部門獲悉，因連續(xù)降雨，目前懷化市鶴城區(qū)楊黃公路部分路段塌方，土石封閉道路，雙向無法通行，轄區(qū)內(nèi)機(jī)動(dòng)大隊(duì)已在水垅村路段實(shí)施臨時(shí)交通管制，禁止車輛通行。請(qǐng)要上下山的車輛更改行程。
