4月23日，工信部發布2026年一季度通信業經濟運行情況。移動互聯網流量較快增長，3月DOU值創新高。一季度，移動互聯網累計流量達1044億GB，同比增長19.1%。截至3月末，移動互聯網用戶數達16.23億戶，比上年末凈增1348萬戶。3月當月戶均移動互聯網接入流量（DOU）達到23.4GB/戶·月，同比增長13.8%，比上年底高0.36GB/戶·月。
