國際航班上大鬧！女子拒講英文還喊“都別飛了”

4月22日凌晨，重慶飛往吉隆坡的亞航D7809航班上，一名女乘客因同行友人未登機(jī)情緒激動(dòng)，在機(jī)艙內(nèi)大聲打電話。鄰座馬來西亞籍乘客提醒后，雙方發(fā)生爭(zhēng)執(zhí)。該女子不滿空乘用英語溝通，質(zhì)問“國際航班空乘連中文都不會(huì)，怎么做服務(wù)行業(yè)？”甚至放話“不賠償就別飛”。最終航班延誤近2小時(shí)，她被警方帶離。

沖突升級(jí)：從口角到拒飛

事發(fā)時(shí)飛機(jī)尚未起飛，該女子因朋友未登機(jī)焦急通話。鄰座提醒后，她起初道歉但隨后不滿對(duì)方拍攝，要求刪視頻。空乘介入時(shí)，她拒絕英語溝通，堅(jiān)持講中文。盡管機(jī)組安排會(huì)中文的同事協(xié)調(diào)，她仍不依不饒，最終機(jī)長(zhǎng)決定滑回停機(jī)位，警方登機(jī)將其帶離。航班延誤約1小時(shí)46分鐘，部分中轉(zhuǎn)旅客錯(cuò)過銜接航班。

身份反轉(zhuǎn)：自稱空姐卻遭否認(rèn)

該女子在沖突中自稱“南方航空空姐”，指責(zé)亞航服務(wù)不專業(yè)。但南航核實(shí)后明確回應(yīng)：涉事人員非其員工，無任何關(guān)聯(lián)。網(wǎng)友吐槽：“真空姐更該懂規(guī)則，這操作太迷！”
