因為你,我變得堅強柔軟。凌晨兩點,我又失眠了。躺在床上翻來覆去,腦子里像放電影一樣,白天那些讓人焦慮的事情一件件蹦出來。房租要交了,存款還是那么點兒。領導今天又暗示了什么,不知道自己做得夠不夠好。朋友圈里別人都在曬升職加薪,而我好像還在原地打轉。

這種時候,我會想起你。不是因為你有多完美,恰恰相反,是因為你也會迷茫,也會累,也會在深夜問自己"我到底在干什么"。你知道嗎,正是這些不完美的時刻,讓我明白了一件事——原來堅強不是不會倒下,而是倒下之后還能爬起來。原來柔軟不是軟弱,而是在這個堅硬的世界里,還能保持對生活的溫柔。記得你跟我說過,生活就像擰毛巾,總得使勁兒擰,才能把水擠出來。當時我覺得這話太扎心了。可后來慢慢發現,這就是大多數人的真實狀態啊。誰不是一邊覺得撐不下去了,一邊還在咬牙往前走?誰不是一邊羨慕別人光鮮亮麗,一邊還在自己的小日子里摸爬滾打?以前我總覺得,堅強就是要硬扛,不能哭,不能示弱,不能讓別人看到自己脆弱的樣子。所以我把自己裹得嚴嚴實實,像只刺猬,誰靠近都會被扎傷。

直到遇見你。你讓我看到,真正的堅強從來不是偽裝出來的銅墻鐵壁。你會在崩潰的時候抱著我哭,會在壓力大的時候說"我真的好累",會在失敗的時候承認"我可能做錯了"。但你哭完會擦干眼淚,累了會好好休息,錯了會重新再來。這才是真正的堅強吧。不是不會受傷,而是允許自己受傷,然后慢慢愈合。你還教會了我柔軟。以前我對這個詞有誤解,覺得柔軟就是妥協,就是沒原則,就是任人欺負。可你讓我明白,柔軟是一種能力,是在看清生活本質之后,依然選擇善良的勇氣。你會在路邊給流浪貓留一口吃的,會在雨天給陌生人遞一把傘,會在朋友低落的時候送去一句安慰。你不是圣母,你只是知道,這個世界已經夠硬了,如果我們都變成石頭,那還有什么溫度可言?

因為你,我開始學著對自己溫柔一點。不再因為一次失敗就全盤否定自己,不再因為別人的評價就懷疑自己的價值,不再因為暫時的困境就放棄對未來的期待。我學會了在累的時候告訴自己"沒關系,可以歇一歇",在做不到的時候承認"我盡力了,這已經很好",在孤獨的時候提醒自己"一個人也可以活得很好"。這些話以前我說不出口,覺得太矯情,太做作。可現在我明白了,這不是矯情,這是自我和解,是給自己一個喘息的機會。生活從來不會因為你堅強就對你手下留情,也不會因為你柔軟就讓你免受傷害。但至少,我們可以選擇用什么樣的姿態去面對它。
