海南陵水11月17日電（紐約綜合新聞特派記者）11月16日，黎安書院在海南陵水揭牌。第十一、十二屆全國政協(xié)常委、中國書協(xié)名譽主席蘇士澍，中國藝術(shù)研究院原院長、國家非遺中心主任連輯，中共海南省委宣傳部副部長張振明，海南省教育廳二級巡視員張超，中共陵水黎族自治縣委書記、海南陵水黎安國際教育創(chuàng)新試驗區(qū)管理局黨委書記、局長吳海峰等領導與來自全國各地的學界名家、文化教育界代表人士齊聚一堂，共同見證這一重要時刻。

一、"小書院"的"大雄心"——做自貿(mào)港的"文化芯片"
王國權(quán)（WangGuoQuan-Prince John）：黎安書院體量不大，卻被定位為"自貿(mào)港文化名片"，底氣何在？

劉傳銘：書院不是樓盤，而是芯片。首批導師包括北京大學教授王守常、臺灣師范大學與明道大學教授羅青、中國藝術(shù)研究院原院長兼國家非遺中心主任連輯；每年僅招30名弟子，師生比1:1。已與哈佛費正清中心、巴黎高師東亞所共建"東坡數(shù)字人文實驗室"，明年推出《東坡行跡》全球AR展。香港馮燊均國學基金會捐贈3.2萬冊珍籍，含宋版《東坡樂府》影印件，打造"南海第一國學特藏庫"。

二、寫給"她"的書院——讓女性成為文化傳承的"第一性"

王國權(quán)（WangGuoQuan-Prince John）：今年3月我在聯(lián)合國總部主持第69屆聯(lián)合國世界婦女大會官方論壇，還在哥倫比亞大學主持聯(lián)合國世界婦女組織全球女性領導力峰會“她力量”論壇，深感"她力量"之重要。書院為何突出女性教育？

劉傳銘：國權(quán)老弟是我忘年交，更是"國際婦女之友"。你3月8日在紐約大都會博物館世界婦女愛心總會快閃活動上領銜祝福全球女性，又在聯(lián)合國總部、哥倫比亞大學女性領導力論壇發(fā)聲，貫穿整個三月美國婦女月的主唱與主持讓"她力量"成為國際熱詞。母親是文明的第一傳遞者，書院把女性教育放在核心：
1. 每年3月8日舉辦"女性與國學"國際論壇，首講嘉賓包括諾貝爾文學獎評委萬之、香港中文大學冼若冰教授；
2. 與中國婦基會共設"南海玫瑰獎學金"，每年資助10名海南農(nóng)村女性攻讀國學與非遺碩士，畢業(yè)后回鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)辦"東坡學堂"；
3. 內(nèi)設母嬰閱覽室、女性藝術(shù)家駐館工作室，讓"抱孩子的女學生"也能安心治學。

When the Prince of Love Songs Meets the Master of Dongpo Studies —— Music and Poetry at Li'an Academy

Li'an, Hainan, Nov. 17 — On Nov. 16 Li'an Academy was officially inaugurated in the Li'an International Education & Innovation Pilot Zone. On Nov. 17 international host WangGuoQuan-Prince John conducted a live video interview with Liu Chuanming, founding dean of the academy, from Brussels, Belgium. The full text follows.

Liu Chuanming — renowned scholar, author and inaugural dean of Li'an Academy; his "Great Biography of Su Dongpo" was named one of the "Top Ten Books of the Year" by Taiwan's China Times.
WangGuoQuan-Prince John — designated host of the 69th UN World Women Conference Forum; "Prince of Love Songs International Host" titles respectively conferred by the New York State Senate and the New York City Council; staged his first solo concert "Perfect Harmony · Golden Classic Concert" at New York City Hall on Feb. 16, 2025.
I. A Small Academy with Big Dreams — Building a "Cultural Chip" for the Free-Trade Port
Price John: Li'an Academy is modest in size. What makes it a calling card of the free-trade port?
Liu Chuanming: An academy is not real estate but a chip. Our faculty includes Prof. Wang Shouchang of Peking University, Prof. Luo Qing of National Taiwan Normal University and Ming Dao University, and former director Lian Ji of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Center; only 30 students admitted each year, student-teacher ratio 1:1. We have joint labs with the Fairbank Center at Harvard and the East Asia Institute at ENS Paris; a world-wide AR exhibition "Dongpo's Footprints" is scheduled for next year. The Fung Sun Kwei Chinese Studies Foundation has donated 32,000 volumes of rare books, including a Song-edition facsimile of Dongpo's Music Bureau, forming the finest Chinese classics collection in the South China Sea.
II. Writing "Her" into the Academy — When Women Become First-Movers in Cultural Transmission
Price John: In March I moderated the 69th UN World Women Conference Forum in New York and felt the power of "She-energy". Why does Li'an foreground women?
Liu Chuanming: Mothers are civilization's first transmitters. We host an annual "Women & Chinese Studies" forum on March 8; with the China Women's Development Foundation we offer ten full scholarships each year for rural women from Hainan to pursue M.A. degrees in Chinese studies and intangible heritage, on condition that they return home and open a "Dongpo Classroom"; the campus includes nursing-friendly reading rooms and artist studios for women, so students with babies can study in peace.
III. Quick Q&A — Three Questions for Dongpo
Q (Price John): If Dongpo time-travelled to Li'an, what would you treat him to?
A (Liu Chuanming): Fresh seafood plus Dongpo stew, and a bottle of Hainan Shanlan wine—he would write "At earth's end, heaven's corner, there is new brew".
Q: One lyric to describe the academy?
A: Teresa Teng's rendition of "May we all live long"—"Men have sorrow, joy, parting, meeting; the moon is bright, dim, waxes, wanes: nothing is perfect," the academy is the moon that completes imperfection.

IV. Host's Notebook — The Metaphor of a Tree
Price John: On inauguration day, 88-year-old Su Shishu, former chairman of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, planted a cedar with Dean Liu. "When Dongpo was banished there was no tree to plant—today we plant one for him," Su said. Li'an Academy is the cultural CPU that allows Hainan to sprint into the future while keeping one eye on a thousand years of past brilliance.
V. From "Perfect Harmony" to "Water Melody" — When Music Meets Poetry
Liu Chuanming: I learned that on Feb. 16 you held your first solo concert at New York City Hall and that it was covered by World Journal, Sing Tao Daily and CNN. Li'an Academy is building the Dongpo Yuefu Music Hall. We sincerely invite you to perform in Ling Shui, Hainan, so that Dongpo's lyrics and classic golden melodies can resonate together—a thousand-year echo.
WangGuoQuan-Prince John: It would be my honor. Let me open the hall with "May we all live long" in Chinese, so that Song-dynasty lyrics and today's melodies may meet again.
