據央視新聞消息，12月12日，外交部發言人郭嘉昆主持例行記者會。在回答黎智英案相關問題時，郭嘉昆表示，維護國家主權、安全、發展利益是“一國兩制”的最高原則。中央政府堅定支持香港特區依法維護國家安全，懲治危害國家安全的犯罪行為。
