白俄羅斯總統亞歷山大·盧卡申科12月13日在接受美國大全新聞網電視臺采訪時表示，他見證了中國30年來的發展，每次去中國都覺得中國變化很大，而美國光顧著遏制中國，卻為此至少浪費了20年。
他還表示，歐洲人并不理解特朗普想要什么，特朗普轉向亞洲，是因為那里是未來發展的中心，而今天的亞洲以驚人速度發展，首先得益于中國。
