12月18日，比利時(shí)首相德韋弗出席在比利時(shí)布魯塞爾舉行的歐盟峰會(huì)。
比利時(shí)首相德韋弗18日在聯(lián)邦議會(huì)說，歐盟就動(dòng)用被凍結(jié)俄羅斯資產(chǎn)為烏克蘭融資的方案提出的擔(dān)保“仍不足”，比利時(shí)不會(huì)接受由本國“獨(dú)自承擔(dān)”風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與責(zé)任。
