Perched on Mumbai’s Malabar Hill with a view of the Hanging Gardens, Le Nexus is a self-contained apartment designed for a family of five. Blending utility and modernity, its core design weaves bold colors, hidden functionality, and structural innovation. The client’s maximalist love for hues meets the designers’ pursuit of elegance, resulting in color-coded bedrooms and vibrant corners balanced by concealed storage and textured harmonies. Every space tells a story of balancing exuberance with restraint, turning daily life into an artistic experience.

坐落于孟買馬拉巴爾山，俯瞰著空中花園，Le Nexus 是一座為五口之家打造的獨(dú)立公寓。設(shè)計(jì)融合實(shí)用性與現(xiàn)代氣息，以大膽色彩、隱藏式功能與結(jié)構(gòu)革新為核心脈絡(luò)。業(yè)主對色彩的極致熱愛與設(shè)計(jì)師對優(yōu)雅的追求相互碰撞，催生了分色臥室與鮮活角落，而隱藏式收納與質(zhì)感協(xié)調(diào)又讓這份濃烈恰到好處。每個(gè)空間都訴說著奔放與克制的平衡之道，讓日常起居成為一場藝術(shù)之旅。

The social zone unfolds as a fluid blend of kitchen, dining, and living areas, redefined by structural reconfigurations that flood the space with natural light. A mirrored dining wall amplifies brightness, paired with sculptural lights from emerging Indian designers. The eclectic palette—pastel rusts, copper, peach, blue, and muted pinks—flows with controlled vibrancy, accented by an orange carpet and statement artworks. Italian-imported furniture harmonizes with bespoke pieces, while a fluted accent wall adds architectural depth without overwhelming the senses.

社交核心區(qū)域打破界限，廚房、餐廳與客廳融為一體，結(jié)構(gòu)墻體的重構(gòu)讓自然光深度浸潤空間。鏡面餐廳墻提亮擴(kuò)容，搭配印度新銳設(shè)計(jì)師打造的雕塑感燈具，盡顯巧思。柔和的鐵銹色、銅色、桃色、藍(lán)色與淡粉色構(gòu)成的多元色調(diào)，在克制中煥發(fā)活力，橙色地毯與藝術(shù)擺件則成為點(diǎn)睛之筆。意大利進(jìn)口家具與定制單品相得益彰，波紋裝飾墻增添建筑層次感，卻不喧賓奪主，讓空間氛圍張弛有度。

Every detail bears curatorial intention: slim linear shelving replaces bulky displays, a hand-embroidered entrance artwork resonates emotionally, and lighting is re-engineered to fit the home’s volumes. The den, tailored to the husband’s taste, evolves from an all-black scheme to a rich interplay of black, greys, and orange accents. Anchored by a 100-inch TV wall and international art, it becomes a cinematic retreat—bold in personality yet warm and liveable, a private haven for relaxation and reflection.

每一處細(xì)節(jié)都經(jīng)過精心考量：纖細(xì)的線性置物架取代厚重陳列柜，入口處的手工刺繡藝術(shù)品以情感共鳴動人，燈具則根據(jù)空間尺度重新設(shè)計(jì)適配。專為男主人打造的書房，從純粹的全黑方案蛻變而來，黑、灰與橙色形成豐富對話。100 英寸電視墻與國際藝術(shù)品奠定基調(diào)，使其成為一處兼具電影質(zhì)感與生活溫度的休憩空間 —— 個(gè)性鮮明卻不失溫馨宜居，是放松身心、沉淀思緒的私人港灣。

Bathrooms embody the home’s ethos of color as an architectural medium. The powder room shines as a jewel-box with multi-hued fluted walls, turning compactness into delight through artisanal precision. The den’s bath pushes experimentation further, combining marble and tile fragments, wrought iron shelving, embedded mirrors, and sculptural lighting. What seems spontaneous is a masterpiece of craft, seamlessly blending functionality with artistic expression, proving that even utilitarian spaces can be sources of joy.

浴室空間踐行著 “色彩即建筑語言” 的設(shè)計(jì)理念。化妝間如珠寶盒般璀璨，多彩波紋墻面憑借手工匠心，將緊湊空間轉(zhuǎn)化為視覺盛宴。書房配套浴室則大膽突破，大理石與瓷磚碎片拼接、鍛鐵置物架、嵌入式鏡面與雕塑感燈具交織碰撞。看似隨性的組合實(shí)則是工藝的極致呈現(xiàn)，在功能性與藝術(shù)表達(dá)間實(shí)現(xiàn)無縫銜接，印證了實(shí)用空間亦能成為愉悅之源。

Materiality exudes understated luxury: green marble, fine veneers, PU-coated furniture, and textured plaster elevate the interiors. While select European statement pieces add refinement, the project celebrates Indian craftsmanship—custom beds, in-house cabinetry, artisanal accents, and lights by emerging designers. Le Nexus is a negotiation of two philosophies: the client’s exuberant love for color and the designers’ restraint. It is a home where utility meets artistry, a layered expression of modern family life that feels both curated and lived-in.

材質(zhì)運(yùn)用彰顯低調(diào)奢華：綠色大理石、優(yōu)質(zhì)木皮、聚氨酯涂層家具與質(zhì)感灰泥，為室內(nèi)空間注入高端質(zhì)感。精選歐洲單品增添精致氣息，而項(xiàng)目更著力凸顯印度本土工藝 —— 定制床具、定制櫥柜、手工裝飾與新銳設(shè)計(jì)師燈具相得益彰。Le Nexus 是兩種設(shè)計(jì)理念的完美融合：業(yè)主對色彩的熱烈追求與設(shè)計(jì)師的克制美學(xué)。這里，實(shí)用與藝術(shù)共生，層層遞進(jìn)的空間表達(dá)，既彰顯精心雕琢的品質(zhì)，又飽含煙火氣，詮釋著現(xiàn)代家庭生活的多元可能。
